I'm a product and research leader with 16+ years turning customer understanding into commercial results. Today I'm Chief Product Officer and a board member at FutureMoney, where families build generational wealth through custodial Roth IRAs, 529s, UTMA/UGMA and more investment accounts.

Before this role, I built and led research and product organizations at Monzo (Director of User Research, a 23-person org across nine business areas, and the bank's first AI-driven Voice of the Customer product), Intercom (Head of Product Research, directing the research behind Fin, in direct partnership with OpenAI and Anthropic), and WorldRemit (Head of User Research, insight across 25 countries).

I've worked on AI products since 2015, always on the same question: how do you design intelligent systems people actually trust?
